How it's done..and what happen..ah
Here are some of the progression about my 3rd assignment.
ermm..place the background..then,
to the window,get the
then,create another rectangular,(larger then the background),put the background
above the rec. nicely.
the use the -Outer glow,drop shadow-
next,add the words "happy birthday" and a random yellow rectangle
with the opacity of 50%
